The Account Manager will be responsible for end to end management of all aspects of Alvarion's strategic accounts in Mexico.
Responsibilities:
-
Perform effective communication of account activity and requirements with all other teams in Alvarion, to insure account services are maintained at the highest level.

Proactively develop new business through constant relationships and follow up on the customer's needs.

Coordinate all activities that effect the account and being the account point of contact for all requirements, concerns, inquiries etc.

Work to identify and clarify customer concerns and objections.
-
Promote and sustain a high-level of communication between all Alvarion teams to ensure customer challenges and opportunities are clearly understood and met.
Requirements:
-
10 years of account management experience at the highest levels.
-
Experience in account management for carriers.
-
Proven track record managing and growing multi million accounts.
-
Experience in the wireless market – an advantage.
-
Technical background and understanding.
-
Excellent relationship building
-
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
-
English.
-
Knowing the high decision making levels in the Tier 1 operators in Mexico and Central America.
-
Working experience with or for Global Company.
-
Managerial skills.
