Account Manager - Mexico

The Account Manager will be responsible for end to end management of all aspects of Alvarion's strategic accounts in Mexico.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Perform effective communication of account activity and requirements with all other teams in Alvarion, to insure account services are maintained at the highest level.
  • Proactively develop new business through constant relationships and follow up on the customer's needs.
  • Coordinate all activities that effect the account and being the account point of contact for all requirements, concerns, inquiries etc.
  • Work to identify and clarify customer concerns and objections.
  • Promote and sustain a high-level of communication between all Alvarion teams to ensure customer challenges and opportunities are clearly understood and met.
Requirements: 
  • 10 years of account management experience at the highest levels.
  •  Experience in account management for carriers.
  • Proven track record managing and growing multi million accounts.
  • Experience in the wireless market – an advantage.
  • Technical background and understanding.
  • Excellent relationship building
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills. 
  • English.
  • Knowing the high decision making levels in the Tier 1 operators in Mexico and Central America.
  • Working experience with or for Global Company.
  •  Managerial skills.
