The Customer Support Center Specialist is responsible for providing primary production technical support on highly technical complex systems and/or configuration business rules flow issues. He will provide general technology supportive services for major accounts in a timely manner and within Alvarion’s guidelines.
Experience/Knowledge:
· 2 years in an international telecommunication company or data communication, in service oriented positions-Mandatory.
· Knowledge of Microsoft applications including access and excel.
· Excellent sense of customer service and problem solving.
· Deep knowledge in computer communications, LAN, core protocols (TCP/IP, Frame Relay, ATM, ISDN, V.5.2)
· Understanding in radio systems, radio modulations (FM, GFSK, OFDM etc.), antennas, measurement equipment for computers and radio systems.
