• The Project Manager acts as a single focal point for the customer and manages the on-going day-to-day relations during the deployment.
• Ensuring the fulfillment of contract for the full customer satisfaction in the most efficient and profitable way.
• Taking an active part with the Sales and Presales in the account team, representing the customers needs and coordinate Alvarion’s various departments on services and post sales issues.
• The Project Manager also routes back to the Sales and Presales managers the relevant commercial related matters.
• External escalation and internal within Alvarion’s groups and management for customer’s complaints
• Avoiding and managing crisis conditions during the deploying and on-going stages.
• Proven experience in managing subcontractors and local System Integrators.

• Bachelor degree in data communications or electronics
• Master Degree in business administration – Advantage
• Proven managerial skills in managing Turnkey, complex projects in former Soviet Union countries and implementations. At least 3 years of proven experience.
• Leadership abilities for leading a project management account team, taking charge of all tasks, work plans and ad-hoc missions.
• Good communication skills and deep understanding of company policies and internal processes coordinating tasks between different departments and functional boundaries, as well as managing the customer.
• Knowledge of communication protocols (Ethernet, E1, TCP/IP, VOIP, Etc), networking, TDM and system skills (Integration with 3rd parties – Advantage)
• Experience with radio technologies systems and massive deployment of wireless local loop systems – Advantage
• Ability to take on spot decisions and follow through in implementation
• Innovative thinking when approaching complex tasks
• Highly motivated and open-minded
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Addition languages - Advantage
