The account manager will be responsible for growing and managing a number of Alvarion's strategic accounts in LATAM southern countries Responsibilities:
• Proactively develop new business through constant relationships and follow up on the customer's needs. • Perform effective communication of account activity and requirements with all other teams in Alvarion, to insure account services are maintained at the highest level. • Coordinate all activities that effect the account and being the account point of contact for all requirements, concerns, inquiries etc. • Work to identify and clarify customer concerns and objections. • Promote and sustain a high-level of communication between all Alvarion teams to ensure customer challenges and opportunities are clearly understood and met.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of account management experience. • Experience in account management for carriers- an advantage. • Experience in the wireless market – an advantage. • Regional experience – an advantage. • Technical background and understanding. • Excellent relationship building skills. • Excellent verbal and communication skills. • English at high level • Extensive travelling is required. • Working experience with or for Global Company
